Set overlooking the waters of Cold Spring Harbor, this historic summer cottage was sensitively restored & updated by Smiros & Smiros for a long term client. Originally designed by Grosvenor Atterbury, renowned Architect & Urban Planner of Forest Hills Gardens, special care was taken to preserve the character and atmosphere of this historic home. It turned out that one of our other clients had grown up here, and cried with pleasure to see it restored.
