Central Park Apartment, Manhattan, traditional, ellipse ceiling coffer, pocket door

Central Park South

— Manhattan —

This 3,800 square foot luxury New York City apartment sits on the South edge of Central Park. The challenge of this gut renovation was to create a serene classical home seamlessly integrating modern amenities & technology in the tight floor to floor confines of a prewar New York apartment. The meticulously selected hardwoods, fine plaster work and hand finishes frame the breathtaking vistas twenty stories over the Park & skyline beyond.
